Rituals can help transition lifestyle changes by reducing your need to rely on willpower.

Daily, weekly or seasonal rituals can help you carve out time for what matters most. That way, putting your core values into practice doesn’t have to be complicated.

In the Wellness with Amber Programs we incorporate Rituals, practice and goal setting as part of achieving balance and a happier way of life.

Goal Setting

Goals represent something beside the daily grind

When our goals are based on our values, they are meaningful. Meaning, purpose, and striving for something ‘bigger’ is a key element of happiness theory.

In other words, life goals represent something besides the daily grind. They allow us to pursue authentic aims of our own choosing and enjoy a feeling of achievement when we get there.
