21 Day yoga beginners challenge

The 21 day Yoga Course is a simple self lead program that although it is 21 days you actually have 35 days to go through it, so don’t panic. You will receive a 20 minute video daily with your practice.

The course is designed for beginners or for people that are getting back into yoga after a break. There is cleat concise instructions with a focus on alignment, and getting moving your body into the correct position without force.
