The Right Teacher

With the right teacher anyone can do yoga. Amber has 12 years experience teaching Sivananda and Ashtanga Yoga and obtained her teaching qualifications at the London Sivananda Yoga School. Amber has been running classes and workshops in Australia for over 8 years.

CLASSES

Amber teaches classes six days a week excluding Sunday (see timetable opposite). General classes suit beginners and experienced as Amber moderates or extends the poses to suit each participant's level of experience. You can attend any general class on a casual basis, however booking is required for classes marked with *.

Establish your home practice with a program tailored to your individual needs/ability. $40 for 15 min consultation + program.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Benefit from personal tuition on technique tailored to your individual needs/ability. Buy 4 private sessions and get an extra session free. Private class (for 1) is $60/hr

YOGA GEAR

If you would like to purchase your own gear, Amber can supply quality Yoga mat ($30), adjustable strap ($10) and custom-made carry bag ($12).
