Amber is a Wellness Advisor and Mentor a qualified Yoga teacher of over 20 years and works globally bringing you wellness education, Retreats and coaching to suit and fit with where You are at. She is a mum, a health nut, an adventurer and someone who is extremely passionate about being the best version of yourself and bringing that out in all of us.
Amber’s history in Yoga:
Amber has been teaching yoga locally and internationally for over 20 years. Her style is a unique blend of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga that represents her dynamic personality and passion for life, adventure and balance. She has taught in the UK, Bali and here in Australia and is the founder of Yoga with Amber Studio located in Peregian Springs, Noosa and Bali.
Her dedication and constant striving for growth, is something she brings to each and every class.
"For me Yoga is a way of Life and that is what I love about it. I love the way I feel when I am doing yoga I love the calmness that comes over me just from sitting on my mat but I also love the people that Yoga has allowed me to meet. If you know me well, you know that I am an intense strong willed person and as my husband says "a worry wart" so yoga has helped me to deal with my irrational thoughts and it brings me back down to earth, it Grounds me. I hope to share my love of yoga with you in one of my classes or on one of the retreats."
My passion in this area is to help you to be the best version of yourself and to perform at your highest level so that you create a balanced lifestyle that you can share with everyone around you.
This looks slightly different for everyone, which is why I have programs to help you with where you are at right now. I base these around Yoga meditation, nutrition wellness, mindfulness and performance.
These are the pillars of health and really fully help to connect the mind the body and your soul together.
Nutrition has been a HUGE part of my learning and my personal life for the last 25 years. I cannot get enough of learning about we are what we eat! and how food is medicine.. It is now my belief that in this day and age, this toxic lifestyle that we are exposed to everyday that I feel that supplementation along with clean green eating is the way to help out bodies detox and help our systems run at 100 percent like they are meant to.
We are all searching for balance in our lives. Work life balance, body mind balance etc, its not easy.
Now with social media and the increased use of the internet we are flooded with how we should be eating and living. We hear things like, you need to be paleo, gluten free, vegan, you should do a keto diet, a juice fast and we get totally overwhelmed and end up not doing anything to create change because we are overwhelmed.
I think starting with getting the balance of feeling good which means feeling healthy is a priority. If you have boundless energy you are sleeping well, and you feel good about yourself then everything is easier to deal with, so reality is you will feel more balanced. This is what we work on together. Accountability, so you can perform better, feel better and live better.
