It can be daunting to work out a different way of eating and change how and when you eat.

There are so many 'diets out there, and quite honestly, if you are not doing all the research and continue to research daily, it is a minefield.

I am all about it being a lifestyle change. I work with you, your goals and what you want. It is not about saying don't eat this; eat this instead. It is about finding a plan of action that works with your current lifestyle and tweaking it to make all the difference. After all, food is fuel, and we need to treat it like that.
