Beginners Yoga Breathing for longevity Workshop

Breath is essential to life. It is the first thing we do when we are born and the last thing we do when we leave. In between that time, we take about half a billion breaths.

What we may not realize is that the mind, body, and breath are intimately connected and can influence each other. Our breathing is influenced by our thoughts, and our thoughts and physiology can be influenced by our breath.

This Beginners Workshops are designed to introduce you to yoga breathing an a few poses in small class groups that allows individual attention and with other people that are all in the same boat.



Engage Your Core

Saturday 10th March 2-4pm

Learn how to use your core muscles and build strength through your posture and correct alignment.

What ever level of yoga you are at, we always need to tweak how we use our core muscles.  Most of the time we don't use them and this is one of the key things that causes us back pain as we throw our attention on to the back muscles and they become over used.

People often think of core work in yoga as the strengthening of the muscles in the abdomen, but it’s actually more about the ability to move from the core of your body.
During your everyday life there are many good reasons to build a strong core, for example to support the lower back and restrict injury.



Hip and Shoulder Tune Up

Hip and Shoulder Tune Up Workshop

Lets face it we all spend far too much time sitting.. Whether it be in the car, at work, on the computer or just watching TV, sitting is becoming a massive problem and our hips and shoulders are suffering big time from our sedentary busy lifestyle. In this workshop we will work with yoga poses that:
Relieve tension from your shoulders, upper back, hips and your entire body.
Increase your range of motion and mobility so that you can actually lift your arms overhead!


Mum and Daughter Workshop

sATURDAY aPRIL 21ST 2 - 4.30PM

Join us for a great afternoon of Mother and Daughter Yoga. Amber has designed the session to foster mutual respect, positive communication, and trust between mum and daughter as we learn yoga techniques and have a ton of fun!   For more information click here:
