Mother and Daughter Yoga workshop

Join us for a great afternoon of Mother and Daughter Yoga. Amber has designed the session to foster mutual respect, positive communication, and trust between mum and daughter as we learn yoga techniques breathing techniques and have a ton of fun!
Yoga is all about connecting with your body through movement with a focus or an attention on breathing and doing various poses that help with all sorts of things from stress, emotions, posture and even things like flu and the common cold.
The afternoon will involve individual and partner yoga poses, simple breathing techniques that teach both people to be calm under pressure as well as a few other healthy, practical and peaceful ideas to practice at home, together. No yoga experience necessary.
