The Yoga with Amber App is now Live !
Honestly I still have to pinch myself that I have my own App. Its so exciting and it has been 2 years in the making.
There is something for everyone and I have designed this App to be very simple, very organic and to feel like you have me in your living room doing yoga with you, but really teaching you Yoga. There are 4 sections, Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced and Anatomical. The sessions are 10, 20 or 30 minutes long and can be linked together to make a session to as long as you want it to be.
This App came about really from all the traveling that I have done over the years. I had met and taught so many people and even the Retreats I was running in the last 4/5 years in Bali lead me to a specific path. Often, after teaching the students for a week or a month, I always got the question, can you recommend who I could go to learn more yoga in my area, and how much yoga should I be doing each week.
I of course wanted them to continue practicing yoga with me but more than that I want people to realize that yoga is a discipline and you need to be practicing at home as well as in a class so that you really get to know your body and you learn to still the mind as you practice.
So I decided that to have an App would fill the gap and envourage a home pracitce.
