My favourite time of the day is the early morning.  I creep downstairs about 4.45am and now we're living in Noosa its already light, I open up the doors let the fresh air in, get my yoga mat out and lie on my mat. I stretch my arms over my head and lengthen my spine by strectching out my whole body,  I feel so alive.  This is my special time, just me and my mat and of course my Kelpie Bella.

Sometimes my morning Yoga is only 15 minutes sometimes its 90 minutes, it doesnt matter its MY time and I use it how I want to use it. 

My other love is to walk Bella my dog.

This is to me my meditation.  When we lived on the boat, I use to wake early and lower the dinghy trying not to wake anyone, I would drive to the dock and tie up and walk along the beach.  In Grenada I was lucky to be joined every morning by a stray dog that walked with me daily, it made me smile and think of bella and it set my day up, its the dmall things that go along way.
