Mother and Daughter Yoga workshop

Join us for a great afternoon of Mother and Daughter Yoga.

Amber has created a safe space for mothers and daughters to come together to grow their relationship, communicate in a positive way, and to strengthen the trust between mother and daughter. Together you will learn yoga and breathing techniques, which involves laughter yoga poses and lots of fun!

Yoga is all about connecting with your body through movement and focusing your attention on the breath. Together we will achieve various poses that help will help with releasing stress, negative emotions, improving posture and even your day to day life.

What does the afternoon involve? We will start the afternoon with yoga poses, simple breathing techniques and practical ideas to practice at home, together.  Best thing is, there is no yoga experience necessary.
