Private sessions can also be taught online and have proven to be very successful with my clients. You still get one on one attention but in the comfort of your home and you dont even need to go anywhere. Amber
If you are new to Yoga we recommend you complete at least one of our 6 week Yoga for Beginners Course. During the six weeks you will study the building blocks of a yoga practice which you can then bring with you into our drop in sessions.
