ABOUT THE RETREAT
Amber's yoga retreats are incredibly popular because they cater for all levels of experience. Whether you are a beginner or you want to pick up your practice again and need some inspiration, or you practice regularly but want to refresh your practice, these retreats have it all.
In one weekend, you learn the equivalent of going to a class once a week for three months.
As a beginner, the retreat is a great way to introduce your body and mind to yoga. If you are experienced the retreat will reinvigorate and challenge yourself. Amber leads you through the yoga postures, making adjustments to your alignment and teaching correct breathing, the essence of good practice.
