Yogathon Join the Yoga marathon in Helensburgh.
To raise money for Otford School I have set myself the challenge of completing 100 sun salutations on Sunday 6th July at Helensburgh Scout Hall.
The sun salutation works every muscle group in the body in one flowing routine, so doing 100 is a big effort for the mind and body.
I would love your support, so come along to watch or better still join in. It will be an amazing, energising and uplifting experience.
In Houston USA a yoga group completed 100 in 2 hours. I am hoping to beat this time and complete the challenge in 1 hour and 40 minutes. Join with me and see how far you can go.
